Heartland’s agistment service offers a premium, all-inclusive experience designed to provide your horse with the highest level of care and attention. Our 5-star full-care agistment ensures that your horse receives the best in nutrition, safety, and professional oversight. With feeding plans, including top-quality hard feed and hay, and round-the-clock care from our team of experienced trainers, your horse’s well-being is our top priority. Heartland’s state-of-the-art facilities offer more than just a safe home for your horse – they provide a dynamic and enriching environment.
Located in a picturesque setting, Heartland offers direct access to trails on the property, where you can enjoy serene rides, or take a short drive to Penrose State Forest for a change of scenery. Whether your horse thrives in a private paddock, a small group, or a herd environment, our well-maintained paddocks, equipped with Duncan Equine fencing and sand-based shelters, ensure comfort and safety. Our agistment service goes beyond just housing your horse – it’s about fostering a lasting bond between horse and rider, supported by personalised training, top-tier facilities, and a dedicated team.

$280 per week, including GST (Includes use of the stables, washbay, arena and round yard)

Heartland offers high-quality stabling facilities adjoined to rail and post spelling paddocks that are incredibly safe and spacious. The paddocks come equipped with individual shelters complemented with fully established flora and pasture. With state of art internal stable padding, your horse will avoid injury that occurs in standard, non-insulated stables.

Heartland has over 30 equine paddocks that are purpose build for livestock, offering a premium environment for your horse to rest and play. The farm provides the ideal environment to tailor our care to the physiology of horses. We are constantly refining and updating this approach, fine-tuning the science and instinct of horse care to ensure that the farm remains a world-class facility. Horses on spelling or agistment roam freely in their designated paddock with plentiful high-quality grass for feeding. Full care horse agistment and spelling is available for horse owners with limited time where experienced and caring instructors look after the entire needs of your horse daily.

With 24-hour 7-day a week care and onsite staff, as well as CCTV security at all entrance points, their property safety are second to none. Our paddocks are secure with horse safe fencing, including electric fences in all paddocks, and gated with deliberate schedules for a seamless rotation.

Heartland offers hay feeds or full hard feeding regimes to meet any requirements. Our experienced staff work with the Trainers to adhere to and offer tailored feed programs that benefit from our luscious environment, which hosts an abundance of essential dietary nutrients. Good-quality hay or pasture and water are the foundation of a horse’s diet provided at Heartland.

Heartland offers its clients a consistent and highly developed spelling program that includes access to farrier, veterinary services and on-site trainers to care for their well-being and every need. We have a strict drenching and vaccination regime for the health and safety of other horses and people using the paddocks.

Heartland has the luxury of 30 large paddocks, multiple 1km long horse trails, an under-cover walker and a large dam. The facilities at Heartland provide the perfect environment for an active recovery period to keep your prized possession in supreme condition while it rests between race meets. Our experienced farm manager will work with you, your team or your trainer on the daily expectations and plan to meet all your horse’s recovery, rest and rehabilitation needs.
